DELIVERY: Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse the business day after purchase. The length of delivery will depend on which shipping option is chosen at checkout. If you require your order quickly, our Express Shipping option typically arrives within 1-3 days.
RETURN POLICY: We hope you love your order, but if you're unhappy with it or if there are any issues with it at all (for example, it gets damaged in transit), please let us know and we will replace it immediately, or arrange an alternative solution - no hassles!

Boxes are curated from a selection of beloved products, so they may vary slightly depending on availability.
Free! We offer free shipping on orders over $50 AUD, meaning there's no pesky delivery fees when ordering the Discovery Box.
This box is a surprise product, so we're unable to swap out individual items. If you are unhappy with the box and products included, we will provide a refund if returned within 30 days. To be eligible for a refund, products must not have been used, opened or tampered with, and will only be refunded if returned in 'as new' condition.
